Pistachios make the heart of the elderly happier

  A new study completed by Pennsylvania State University in the United States involved 2830 people. A 70-year-old with slightly elevated cholesterol levels male and female . Study finds pistachio diet good for blood vessels healthy , has a protective effect on cardiovascular disease, and long-term consumption can have a very good protective effect on the heart.

  Pistachios contain high amounts of monounsaturated fat and protein. Therefore, do not eat more than 30 capsules (18 grams) per day and no more than 4 times a week. Also note that don’t use pistachios instead of other high-fat foods to avoid a single nutrient.

  To make pistachios more wholesome, experts recommend:

①Reduce salt in your diet and eat as little salt-and-pepper pistachios or fried pistachios as possible;

②Make pistachios part of a healthy, balanced diet by eating them (preferably in powdered form) with yogurt, cereal, cream cheese, bread, pancakes, etc.
