The Difference Between Autonomic Disorders and Anxiety Disorders
Autonomic nerve disorder is a symptom of neurological dysfunction, while anxiety disorder is a psychological disease characterized by anxiety and autonomic nerve dysfunction. The difference between the two is that autonomic nerve disorder is a set of symptoms, while anxiety disorder is a disease. Autonomic disorders can occur in a variety of diseases, including anxiety disorders. One of the symptoms of anxiety disorder is autonomic nervous system disorder.
Autonomic nerves, also known as autonomic nerves or autonomic nerves, control the involuntary movements of the human body in daily life. Once an imbalance occurs, it will lead to disorders of internal organs and physiological functions. Early clinical symptoms generally include muscle pain, headache, sweating, hot flashes, fatigue, craving for sugary or starchy foods, and gastrointestinal dysfunction (abdominal distension and pain, nausea and vomiting). Anxiety disorders are mainly divided into two types: panic disorder and generalized anxiety.
1. Panic disorder: The basic characteristic is repeated episodes of severe anxiety (panic attacks), which are unpredictable and have no timeliness and are not related to specific situations. Sudden heart palpitations, chest tightness, suffocation, sweating, trembling, fear and dizziness are common. Some patients will experience cold sweats, trembling hands, and unsteadiness when standing. A small number of patients experience gastrointestinal symptoms, such as upper abdominal discomfort, intra-abdominal emptiness or abdominal pain.
2. Generalized anxiety disorder : The basic characteristic is widespread and persistent anxiety, but no specific situation. The main symptoms vary widely. Patients are excessively worried about objectively non-existent threats or bad outcomes. Therefore, they often appear to be nervous, easily nervous, anxious, allergic to sound and light, and unable to concentrate. Patients often appear anxious, frowning, hands trembling, pale or sweating. In addition, there may also be symptoms such as restlessness, fatigue, and sleep disorders.
In daily life, if you have unexplained anxiety, sweating, numbness, etc., you need to pay attention to it and go to a regular hospital in time to find out the cause so that you can get symptomatic treatment.
