What are the adverse reactions to breasts during menstruation?

　　(1) Breast lump:
　　
　　One or both breasts, single or multiple lumps, usually occur in the outer upper part of the breast. They are in the shape of patches, nodules, granules or cords, and lumps are more common. The boundaries of the lumps are unclear, medium or slightly hard, move without adhesion to the surrounding tissue, and may be tender. The lumps vary in size, ranging from small ones to grains of sand, to large ones that can exceed 3-4CM. Breast lumps increase in size before menstruation and shrink and become soft after menstruation.
　　
　　(2) Accompanying symptoms:
　　
　　Patients often feel depressed or upset and irritable, which can be both Dysmenorrhea , irregular periods before and after menstruation, etc., a few patients' nipples overflow with brown or light yellow liquid.
　　
　　(3) Breast pain:
　　
　　Normal or bilateral breasts distended pain , tingling or dull discomfort, the pain is severe and cannot be touched or walked. The pain is mainly swollen and rapid in the breasts, which can radiate to the armpits, chest and ribs, shoulders, back, and upper limbs. Some symptoms include nipple pain or itching. The pain fluctuates with changes in mood and menstrual cycle. It often occurs before menstruation or when angry, and worsens when depressed. The pain is significantly reduced or disappears after menstruation.
