Four techniques to improve shoulder pain

  Technique 1

  The massage line is located above the shoulder blades and between the collarbone. Press on it and you will feel it is between two bones. Use two thumbs to press from the direction of the neck to the direction of the arm 10-15 times.

  Technique 2

  First, apply lotion evenly on the shoulder blades, then overlap your hands and use the back palms of your hands to draw the figure 8 along the outline of the shoulder blades, 8-10 times.

  Technique 3

  Use method 2 to massage along the direction of the spine with your fingertips from top to bottom 10 times.

  Technique 4

  Hold your hands slightly together, apply force with your fingertips, and massage 8-10 times on the left and right along the bottom of the shoulder blades.
