  Material

  1 sea bass, 1 qian of astragalus, 1 qian of red dates, 0.5 qian of wolfberry, 3 slices of ginger, 1 tsp of rice wine

  practice

  1. Wash and cut the seabass into 3 sections and set aside

  2. Add 3000cc of water to the pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Add ingredients other than seabass and cook for about 20 minutes.

  3. Add the sea bass and bring to a boil over medium heat for about 5 to 6 minutes. Add 1 tsp of rice wine to the pot.
