Is the thicker the milk, the better?

      That's not necessarily the case. If you put a thickener in the milk with water, the milk will thicken, but the nutrition will be reduced.

      In other words, milk mixed with water can be artificially thickened at will. The thicker and longer the wall-hanging milk is not necessarily the better. The quality of milk depends on whether its index content meets the standards. Generally, the protein content of pure milk is about 3 grams per milliliter, and the fat content is about 3.3 grams.

      It is wrong to give your child milk that is too pure, because the protein in pure milk is three times that of breast milk, and the child is too young to digest and absorb too many nutrients.

      Drinking too pure milk can cause children diarrhea , food refusal and other phenomena, so when giving milk to your child, you should mix some water and an appropriate amount of sugar to facilitate digestion. However, the water and sugar must be quantitatively added, not too much.
