      Breast bath massage method:

Put bath water in the bathtub and adjust it to about 40 degrees, which is slightly higher than the human body temperature.

Get into the bathtub and scrub your whole body with cotton gauze gloves to warm your whole body.

Massage your breasts with your hands.

Hold the brush from the inside of the breast along the line below the breast, and brush the breast outward in an arc.

Turn on the nozzle and rinse the breasts while brushing.

If the breasts are too small, you can use a towel to alternately apply cold compresses and hot compresses, changing every ten minutes.

If your breasts are too large, shower with cold water.

If the breasts are sagging, it is best to use the shower head to rush upward from the lower part of the breasts and rub around the nipples in a circular motion to increase tissue tension and make the breasts firm.

After bathing, apply nourishing cream and massage gently in a clockwise direction with your hands for ten minutes. You can also use a cold towel to gently wipe it to shrink the skin.

Bathing is not only to remove sweat and dirt, but more importantly, it is to impact and massage the breasts with water, hands and tools to improve local blood circulation and cause morphological changes in breast tissue. Apply nourishing cream to make your chest skin Smooth, moist and elastic.
