  1. Double angle type

  Posture points : Stand, spread your legs, exhale, lean your upper body forward from the hips, support the ground with your hands, stretch your back, raise your head, and maintain the posture for 3-5 breaths.

  2. Camel pose

  5. Triangle side stretch

Repeat on the other side.

  7. Bridge pose
