Asthenospermia can be treated with general treatment, drug treatment, or surgery under the guidance of a doctor according to different causes.

    1. General treatment

You can usually improve your diet, try to ensure balanced nutrition, and supplement enough trace elements.

You should improve your work and rest schedule, ensure adequate sleep, and do some physical exercise.

    2. Drug treatment

If asthenozoospermia is caused by varicocele, the symptoms can be improved by using Maizhiling tablets, diosmin tablets, etc. If asthenozoospermia is caused by infection of the reproductive system, it is recommended to use levofloxacin hydrochloride capsules or amoxicillin capsules to control the infection and improve the condition of asthenozoospermia as directed by the doctor.

    3. Surgical treatment

If the varicocele is severe and causes asthenozoospermia, laparoscopic high ligation of the spermatic vein may be required to treat it. If asthenozoospermia is caused by thyroid problems, it can also be treated with thyroidectomy surgery.

You should also pay attention to rest at ordinary times, and eat more alkaline foods in your diet.
