We will clearly explain the basis of both recommendations, so that everyone can choose based on their own family history and the judgment of the attending doctor, and we will not forcefully recommend examinations to everyone. There is also a lot of quarrel now about whether young men should have sex hormones checked regularly. We will also present the viewpoints of both sides. Those who often stay up late and are preparing for pregnancy can check as needed. If there is no discomfort, there is no need to over-check.
Many people don’t know that there is psychological content in this type of training. This is a section we have specially added in the past two years. Many men always feel that “if you are in a bad mood, you can just let it go.” In fact, the recognition rate of depression in domestic men is nearly 40% lower than that in women. Many people have insomnia, headaches, and general discomfort. If they check for physical problems and there are no physical problems, it is actually caused by anxiety. There was a 37-year-old steel worker at a construction site who couldn't eat for two months in a row. He thought he had a serious problem with his stomach. He spent more than 2,000 yuan on a gastroscopy and found no problem. After listening to the class, he tried to go to the psychological department for a few counseling sessions, and he recovered in half a month. Later, when he met us at the construction site for missionary work, he even gave us a bottle of ice mineral water to express his gratitude.
In fact, to put it bluntly, this kind of training does not teach you how to maintain a metaphysical health and take supplements, but it gives you a reliable guide to how to use the body. When you encounter minor problems, don’t blindly believe in street advertisements, don’t just carry on. It’s enough to know when to adjust your living habits and when to go to a regular hospital to register.
