No one can give you an accurate estimate of how to treat your breasts. Mild sudden problems can be improved in three to five days. It is normal for chronic skin problems that have been dragged on for several years to take a year or two to slowly adjust. In fact, to put it bluntly, it is the same as treating a cold. If you just catch a cold and clear your nose, drink more hot water to cover your sweat, it may be better the next day. If it turns into pneumonia, it is normal to be hospitalized for ten days and a half. There is no unified timetable.
I have been a skin care instructor for almost 7 years. The fastest I have ever seen was a young girl who just graduated last month. She stayed up late for a week in a row to prepare for her defense. Seven or eight red, swollen and inflammatory acne broke out on her cheeks. She didn’t dare to use strong medicine, so she just applied some mild anti-inflammatory essence and clindamycin gel, and adjusted her schedule back to going to bed at 11 o’clock every day. Within a week, all the acne was gone, and not even many acne marks were left. It only took 6 days to get rid of the acne. The one I have seen for the longest time is a 34-year-old customer. He used WeChat quick-acting whitening cream for three years and became severely dependent on hormones. In the first three months, he lost half his life just because of the withdrawal reaction. When his face was swollen and bleeding, he did not even dare to leave the house. It took 11 months for him to dare to touch ordinary moisturizing creams. Now, after almost two years of treatment, he finally dared to go out with full makeup.
In fact, there are two different opinions in the circle about this issue. One type is professional doctors who strictly follow the rules of skin metabolism. They believe that no matter what the problem is, you must wait for at least one epidermal metabolism cycle before you can see a clear effect. Otherwise, it will be a temporary illusion. To put it bluntly, healthy skin of 18-25 years old needs to wait at least 28 days. For older people or the skin itself has inflammation, the metabolic cycle will be longer, 45 days or even two months. The other type is skin care practitioners like us who do front-line operations. Instead, we think that as long as we treat the symptoms, acute sunburns and sudden allergic redness can be significantly relieved in 3 days, and there is no need to stick to the 28-day standard. In fact, these two statements are not conflicting at all. The former targets deep-seated, chronic problems, such as stains in the dermis and rosacea that have been recurring for several years. It is impossible to see results in a few days. The latter refers to superficial, acute problems. Of course, if you find the right intervention method, you will get better quickly.
Many people always feel that if the conditioning is not effective for more than a week, the product is useless. They turn around and switch to stronger drugs with higher concentrations, which will worsen the already fragile barrier. Some people think that conditioning should be done slowly. It is obvious that the eyes are swollen due to acute allergies, but they insist on not using medication, and the skin becomes chronically sensitive. Both of these methods are actually quite undesirable. A customer complained to me before, saying that her mouth was not healed after three months of conditioning. When I asked, I found out that while she was using salicylic acid every other day, she was drinking a cup of full-sugar milk tea until two o'clock every day. This is equivalent to draining water and storing water at the same time. When can it be filled? Skin care is just a supplement. If you don’t change your living habits, no matter how expensive the product is, it will be useless.
Don’t believe those quick-acting products that advertise 7-day microdermabrasion and 14-day lightening of spots. They either add banned ingredients such as hormones and mercury to temporarily suppress inflammation and give you the illusion of “good skin”, which will rebound even more when you stop using it. Or they add colorants such as titanium dioxide, which, to put it bluntly, temporarily hide pores and spots, and then return to their original appearance after washing your face. In fact, you don’t always have to keep an eye on the calendar to count the time. You can just see if the condition of your skin is gradually becoming more stable. For example, it used to be as red and hot as Guan Gong when you entered the heated room. Now it is only slightly hot after half an hour. In the past, acne could not go away for half a month and left black marks. Now it can be deflated in a week and the marks fade quickly. This shows that conditioning is useful. Taking your time is much faster than rushing to get rid of it.
