Vaginal health is restored with the help of air

By:Alan Views:598

Vaginal wounds, whether caused by side cuts or tears during childbirth, can be painful for a few days. The following methods can help with wound recovery:

  Lie flat.

Apply ice to the wound. It is especially helpful within 24 hours after delivery.

Fresh air, it is best to put a thick towel underneath (because lochia will continue to appear). Pull up your legs and place your feet on the mattress to expose the vaginal wound to the air.

Do not use a pad as it may impede blood circulation and wound recovery
