Failure of semen to liquefy may be caused by lack of trace elements, prostatitis, seminal vesiculitis and other reasons.

    1. Lack of trace elements

Failure of semen to liquefy may be caused by nutritional deficiencies. Lack of trace elements such as protein zinc, protein selenium, and protein in the body may affect semen liquefaction.

    2. Prostatitis

After men develop prostatitis, it may affect prostate function, and the prostatic fluid may change, causing semen to not liquefy.

    3. Seminal vesiculitis

After men are affected by inflammation and infection in the seminal vesicles, normal sperm production and sperm quality may be affected, and the semen may not liquefy after the semen is discharged.
