Safety pants are mostly made of chemical fiber, and direct contact with the skin may cause stuffiness or allergic reactions. Cotton underwear is moisture-absorbent and breathable, which can prevent the moist environment of the private parts from breeding bacteria. Some safety pants are designed with lace or hollow patterns. Wearing them alone may cause skin discomfort due to the rough material.
